The brief

A local search entry point for every exterior service and community.

Siding, windows, roofing, painting, gutters, and dry rot repair each draw their own searches, and homeowners usually add a city to the query. The build gives each combination a real destination: 72 pages that pair every service with one of 12 core communities, supported by 24 service-area pages and four county hubs across Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, and Yolo counties.

Cost is the other half of the research. A cost guide for each service in each of those 12 cities brings together published price ranges and the factors behind them, with sources listed on the page. A navy and safety-orange identity with bold uppercase type keeps the site direct, and every city page opens with an estimate form preset to its service.

Write each city page for its city

Every service-and-city page draws on local context: housing ages from Census data, the California energy climate zone, permit routing from the city or county, and the neighborhoods that change a scope. A cross-city similarity check runs with each build, so the pages stay distinct instead of reading as renamed copies.

Answer the cost question locally

The cost guides explain what drives a price in a specific city and cite the published sources behind each range. Each guide links to the matching city page, the other services in that city, and the same service in nearby communities, so research leads directly to the right next page.

Keep the request short

The form on the homepage and city pages asks for four details: name, phone, ZIP, and the type of work. The full estimate flow collects services and ZIP first, then contact details. Structured data, an llms.txt index, and an RSS feed help search engines and AI assistants read the site accurately.
