Google Business Profile management
More calls from the map listings at the top of Google. We manage your Business Profile every week: categories, services and service areas, photos, posts, review requests and replies, and the fixes when Google changes something. It's part of our local SEO work, $2,500/mo during launch months, then $1,500/mo, with no minimum contract. The profile stays in your name.
What's included
Six pieces of work, done every week, so the profile stays accurate and keeps giving Google reasons to show it. Every change is logged in the monthly report.
The most specific primary category Google offers for your work, accurate secondary categories, and every service you sell listed with a plain description.
Each city you actually serve listed by name, hours and holiday hours kept current, and a business name that matches your signage, as Google's guidelines require.
Real job photos added on a schedule, and a weekly post tied to a service, a season or a recent job, linking to the matching page on your site.
A review request built into the way you already close a job, and a reply to every review, good or bad.
Common customer questions answered on the profile, and anything Google flags or changes on your listing caught and fixed.
Calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile, next to your Search Console numbers, so you can see what the listing brings in.
Why it matters
For a local search, Google usually shows map listings above the regular results, and people call straight from them. Google says those listings are ranked mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. Distance is your address. Relevance and prominence are the profile, your reviews and your website, and those are the parts we work on.
A profile listed under the wrong category, with half its services missing or no new reviews in a year, loses calls to a competitor down the street. Our guide to the Google map pack explains how the ranking works, and how to get more Google reviews covers the review side.
Each of these breaks Google's Business Profile guidelines or its review policy, and can get a listing suspended.
Pricing
Profile management is part of our local SEO engagement, because the profile ranks partly on your website and your reviews. Two published rates, no minimum contract. If you only want the profile managed, we scope that after the free review.

Questions owners ask
Google Business Profile management covers the setup and the weekly upkeep of your listing: categories, services and service areas, hours, photos, weekly posts, review requests and replies, answers to common questions, and fixes when Google or a user changes your information. You get a monthly report on calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile.
Profile management is part of our local SEO engagement: $2,500/mo during the launch months, when the profile is rebuilt and citations are cleaned up, then $1,500/mo for ongoing work, with no minimum contract. If you only want the profile managed, we scope that after a free audit of your listing.
We won't promise a date. Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, and you can only change the first and last. Category and service fixes can show up quickly; reviews and the pages on your website build prominence over months. The monthly report shows calls and clicks from the profile, so you can judge the trend yourself.
We set up a review request that goes out when a job closes, by text or email, with a direct link to your profile, and we reply to every review. We never buy reviews, offer anything in exchange, or filter out unhappy customers; Google's policy prohibits all three, and getting caught can cost you the reviews you already have.
The profile can bring calls on its own, but Google ranks it partly on how relevant your business looks across the web, and your website is the biggest part of that. A page for each service and city you serve gives the profile something to link to and gives Google more reasons to show you. We build those pages as part of local SEO.
You do. The profile stays under your Google account as the primary owner; we work as a manager you can remove at any time. The same goes for your website, analytics and Search Console.
