The brief
Turn local search demand into a path to an estimate.
A contractor can cover a wide range of work while each customer searches for one specific job in one specific place. The site needed to represent those services clearly, answer planning questions, and help a property owner move toward a useful estimate.
We built the structure around service pages, city coverage, and relevant service-and-location combinations. Supporting resources explain costs, site conditions, and project preparation. This gives visitors multiple ways to discover the business and routes them toward a request that includes the property and scope.

SEO strategy & experience
Built around the service, the place, and the project.
Match service and location intent
Grading, pool demolition, land clearing, dirt removal, and hauling have dedicated pages. City and regional hubs connect the services to the areas served. Internal links between those pages help visitors find the right job and geography without relying on the homepage alone.
Reach owners while they plan
Cost guides and calculators cover pool demolition, land clearing, and defensible-space preparation. Supporting content addresses local project considerations. These resources meet research-stage questions and help a visitor understand what information an estimate will require.
Connect search traffic to the lead flow
Estimate requests collect property details, access information, and project scope. The website’s inquiry flow connects to LeadHub alongside email delivery, so submissions have an operational destination. Search acquisition and lead handling are parts of the same website system.
