The brief
Making AI delegation tangible.
AI automation can be difficult to evaluate from a feature list alone. A prospective user needs to recognize a task they already do, understand how delegation works, and see where their own judgment remains part of the process.
TaskDen’s public website starts with that interaction. A task composer and selectable examples introduce inbox triage, lead follow-up, and weekly reporting. A product preview then shows the relationship between a request, worker activity, and an action awaiting review.

Design & experience
How it comes together.
Start with a familiar task
The opening interaction invites visitors to describe work in plain language. Example prompts make the idea concrete before sign-up. The next section breaks the workflow into delegation, execution, and approval so the product’s purpose is readable at a glance.
Put control in the presentation
Approval requests, activity logs, and scoped access are visible parts of the product story. The interface examples explain what a user can review and how they can follow progress, giving operational questions a place alongside the automation message.
Connect the product to everyday work
Dedicated use cases cover recurring reports, customer email, meeting follow-ups, and other repeatable tasks. Integration, pricing, and security pages support a deeper evaluation. Each route helps a visitor move from a broad interest in AI to a specific workflow they want to explore.
